| Use an uninterrupted volumetric measurement sampler with wind direction and a wind speed of 16.5 L/min. The wind direction is determined by a unidirectional counter current microcyclone. This device can provide efficient sampling within a range of 1 µ m. The particles can be directly collected into a 1.5 ml plastic tube (Eppendorf vial), where they can be conducted or analyzed using immunological or microscopic techniques. | |||||||||
